We all enjoy watching street dance troupe Diversity whose electric energy was so catching that many of the guests started tapping feet and swaying hips. Some even wanted to join them on stage ( you know who you are!) luckily decorum and possibly being born in a different decade prevailed!

The venue One Marylebone, www.onemarylebone.com which was built in 1826, is stunning and the amazing stained glass windows added a kaleidoscope of colours to the gorgeous cocktails on offer.

This week I was pleased to see bi-annual trade show Pure www.purelondon.com was incredibly well attended. I was also thrilled to be asked to be on a panel to discuss “How to harness the power of the internet”. I joined host Steve Spear who is deputy editor of Fashion Buyer UK
www.fashionbuyeruk.blogspot.com  and fellow panellists Dale Hicks, Manchester Fashion Network’s Managing Director www.manchesterfashion.com and Charlie Wade, director of Graphic Alliance www.graphicalliance.co.uk.

We were all wrapped up in the subject, both audience and panel, that we over ran by 30 minutes!

BKS: My Best Kept Secret this week is rather personal. I was wearing my gorgeous Julianne Elena Chemise dress this week and was stopped three times in the street and asked where I had bought it.

Nicky Adamo owner of www.julianne.com.au designs the most fabulous lingerie which she is famous for…but shhh…she also designs the most beautiful dresses.
