Sushma Sagar used to be a Woven Textile designer, but a twist of fate has allowed her to spend the last eight years getting into the heads of young boys (research) and girls. You may be surprised to hear this, but until last week I had never bought any fashion online.
The current retail climate has created a risk-averse environment and it's curious to see how brands have coped.
All-black Italian Vogue recently came out as a response to the raging debate about racism in the fashion industry. A bit of a token, faddy gesture, but I bought it all the same, wanting to help put to rest those rumours that black model covers don't sell.
