Whilst looking through the pictures of our current homepage shoot, I was firstly marvelling about how the model looks composed under layers of twill and tweed, but also wondering where this love of heritage materials had come from.

Pull out a Breton stripe

The past seven days have been a crazy week in fashion retail. Forget economic wobbles or the eccentricities paraded at Paris Fashion Week. Britain is having a heatwave.

MAN Day

22 September 2011 Posted by: Troy Munns -

The launch of my-wardrobe MEN Facebook

27 June 2011 Posted by: Lee Douros -

Recently we men of my-wardrobe have diverted our use of Facebook away from just procrastination and posting quirky Youtube videos on our friend’s walls (admit it – we’ve all been guilty of this at some point).

Wrapping up the Season

Wrapping up a buying season that started in December brings a sigh of relief!

New York state of mind

21 February 2011 Posted by: Lee Douros -

New York, traditionally dubbed the home of commercial menswear, provided buyers with a few head-scratchers this week, proving that those incredibly durable stereotypes about each Fashion Week are by no means cover-all descriptions.

Is Spring here?

8 February 2011 Posted by: Antony Hawman -

Colour breaking through the rain

The autumn/winter 2011 menswear catwalk shows took place in Milan last week and the Burberry show proved there would soon be colour breaking through the rain, and they meant that literally.

The launch of Lavenham

One thing that I love about being a buyer is getting the opportunity to work directly with a designer to design and create an item as an exclusive piece for the my-wardrobe.com customer.

We’re all going on a .... ah you know the rest.

The quickest way to survey the fashion chops of the entire UK male population is to leave these shores. Having just returned from an early summer holiday I can confirm that one unexpected side effect of going a long way from home is that you get a picture (well, more a collage) of the entire UK.

Thinking of perfect capsule wardrobe...

Spring has finally sprung!

17 May 2010 Posted by: Lee Douros -

Well if the past weekend is anything to go by, Spring has sprung.

Double Denim, I just don’t get it!

4 May 2010 Posted by: Antony Hawman -
