Bottega Veneta
Key look: Thomas Maier injected a luxe sportswear fell into the Milan schedule and Target market: With baggy styles and dark leathers this was a more youthful range from Maier
Silhouette: As legs consistently swooshed wide, Maier played with proportion on the top half, veering from voluminous pea coats to tightly cropped flying jackets. On tailoring he was another to go for the pre-war db, buttoning high and sweeping wide at the bottom
Fabric: Soft leathers, mercerised tailoring and treated nylons added up to a luxurious take on sportswear with utilitarian and flyboy references
Colour: A range of battleship grey and green shades added a chilly feel to the soft leathers and wools before black leathers and chintzed tailoring made for a darker edge
