Galliano
Key looks: From scattered florals to bigger blooms, flowers sprouted everywhere at Galliano, most impressively on a floor-length panelled chiffon gown
Inspiration: This was the closest to couture of all the offerings in Paris, with plenty of bright colours, bias cuts and heavy embellishment
Silhouettes: Shapes were mostly long and lean, with trousers tapering at the ankle and dresses and coats skimming the body with a flick at the bottom
Fabrics: Gold leaf adorned gauzy materials, while dresses featured printed chiffon
Colours: A dusty sky blue was an important shade, alongside burnt orange, violet, lipstick red and olive
