I am looking to do a Fashion Management or a Buying and Merchandising course at London College of Fashion in September 2010.
I have been asked to start doing my personal statement but I am struggling on what to include and how to write my statement.
***UPDATED***As there're so many candidates applying for jobs at the moment (with completely the wrong qualifications etc) -
we need a good technique for filtering candidates without looking like being discriminatory. How can we do this?
