The Elle Style Awards launch party was a fashionable affair last night. H&M on London's landmark Bond Street was the chosen venue for the awards launch party.
Celebrity Alexa Chung, who was tipped last year to be the one to watch out for in the style stakes in 2008, was unveiled as a presenter for the awards, which take place on January 24. Chung's former Popworld co-host Alex Zane will be joining her on the night.
The generous folk at the Swedish chain put on a 20% off everything in-store promotion and a competition to win a H&M gift card worth £250 plus tickets to the Style Awards after Party was also up for grabs.
A veritable smorgasbord of celebrities including Hannah Sandling and Gok Wan were joined by the award hosts to be, along with model Jade Parfitt and designer Jasmine Guinness.
Designer Henry Holland provided the music with his show stylist Sam Ranger providing in box support. Holland's London Fashion Week show is taking place on February 13 and he was excited after signing a show venue although he was keeping the location top secret.
