Great list Leon, very comprehensive. It is worth noting that people can get overwhelmed by the number of different elements to online marketing, so I advise people to pick a few elements to begin with. Give them a go, keep using the ones that seem to work and replace those that don't. That way you can control the time you spend on your online marketing and not let it control you (or distract your from your day job!) and you can see more clearly if one particular activity is successful or not. I would also add Facebook to your list - get a company page where you can add pictures and video, and then join a few relevant groups and engage with the conversation... And then there's always Google Ads.
