Hosiery and lingerie company Wolford has posted record sales for the year ended April along with a huge increase in EBIT.
Wolford, which operates standalone stores in the UK and is stocked in Fenwick and Selfridges, said that sales over the period were up by 11.3% to €157.7 million (£124.7m).
EBIT rocketed by 47.5% to €11.3m (£8.9m) with retail sales up by 15.9%.
Wolford chief executive Holger Dahmen said: "With record sales and a disproportionately high EBIT increase, we have once again successfully continued our growth path in the past fiscal year. Thus we have achieved an ongoing improvement in profitability while posting average annual sales growth of 10.7% over the past three years."
Dahmen said that Wolford's success was down to its strong brand identity and the extension of mono brand distribution.
