Laura Ashley has raised its stake in Moss Bros to 7.45%.
Laura Ashley, the fashion to furnishing retailer, purchased a further 625,000 shares in the retailer a 47p per share yesterday via its investment vehicle Bagleys Investments.
Laura Ashley now holds more than seven million shares in the menswear retailer.
Last week investment group Baugur said it was evaluating whether to make a 42p per share offer for Moss Bros. However Laura Ashley's intentions are unclear.
