David Bentley signs for USC

USC has signed up Blackburn Rovers footballer and England international David Bentley for an exclusive photoshoot to promote the Puma ranges it stocks.

Jo Bohling brand director for USC said: "David Bentley is a huge name in Premiership football and it's a real coup to have him in store and model the new Puma lines. As we continue to focus more and more on the menswear market, it's important to have a model our male customers can relate to."

Richard Callaway, head of sport for Puma added: "Bentley perfectly embodies the brand through his passion and individualism.  We're confident that the new partnership between Puma, Bentley and USC will be a big success."

Pume will be stocked across USC's 58 stores.

USC, which is owned by Sir Tom Hunter's West Coast Capital vehicle, is splashing out £4 million on revamping the business and its key stores.

The company recently unveiled refurbished stores in Manchester, Edinburgh, Brighton and Leicester as well as relaunching Nottingham and Exeter as menswear only shops.
