Store 21, the chain owned by QS Group, will launch concessions in Woolworths this autumn.
Store 21 will launch concessions in 16 Woolworths stores, starting with openings in Clydebank, Harrow, Slough, Wrexham and Swindon on Thursday.
The remaining concessions will open over the next four weeks, averaging 3,000 sq ft.
The deal is part of Woolworths' ongoing strategy to better utilise space in its larger stores, which are performing less well than its smaller to medium size shops. Store 21 has also partnered with The Co-Operative Group and Somerfield to open concessions.
Store 21 vice chairman Findlay Caldwell said: "Woolworths is a great partner for Store 21 with a strong value heritage and tremendous customer base. We're delighted to be opening our new Store 21 concept in Woolworths and to bring our latest fashion ranges at fantastic prices."
Woolworths' business development director James Collins said: "This is a fantastic partnership that offers a host of benefits to both parties. Woolworths offers Store 21 fantastic high street locations and large volumes of customer traffic. Store 21 offers Woolies an extremely attractive customer offer. Value adult fashion and accessories is something which compliments Woolworths' product offering and we are therefore expecting strong trading results from the concessions."
