Casualwear brand Esprit has been found guilty of copying four garments from G-Star's autumn 07 collection.
The garments in question are G-Star's "Sniper" blazer, the "Skort" T-shirt, the "Midnight Art" jacket and the "Core Custom" jeans.
Esprit has been forced to stop selling its copies of the products in the entire European Union with immediate effect following a ruling by the district court in The Hague in the Netherlands. Esprit has also been ordered to pay G-Star compensation.
Esprit declined to comment.
