Daks has drafted in a new managing director from its Japanese parent and signed a deal with German menswear brand Odermark to produce its ready-to-wear range.
Naruki Shinke, a director at Daks' owner Sankyo Seiko Group, has replaced former managing director Bruno Massa.
Finance director Anthony Wilson has also left. It is understood that ex-managing director David Hewitt has been drafted in on a consultancy basis.
Daks' design team is still intact and all the brand's collections will continue, including the luxury menswear range and its Giles Deacon-designed womenswear.
