BRC appoints new business environment director

The British Retail Consortium has appointed Jane Milne as its new director of business environment.

 

 

Milne will be responsible for the BRC's lobbying and policy work on a range of legislative areas including employment, property, tax, transport as well as 'green' issues.

She is currently head of property and creditor at the Association of British Insurers, where she has led policy development and lobbying on issues including climate change and flooding, terrorism, arson, social inclusion and sustainable home ownership.
