A man has been convicted for his part in the identity fraud scam that cost TK Maxx parent company TJX £1.5 million.

Irving Escobar has been sentenced to five years in prison and fined £300,000. Reports said 45.6 million credit and debit card numbers were stolen from TJX in 2005, with another 130,000 stolen in December 2006, in what was one of the world's biggest fraud scams.
