Soaring profits predicted at Jones Bootmaker

Jones Bootmaker has forecast that its turnover will top £75 million next year.

The 79-strong chain will open eight new stores, in Chester, Salisbury in Wiltshire, St Albans in Hertfordshire, Derby, Inverness in Scotland, Moorgate in London, Basingstoke in Hampshire and Maidstone in Kent before the end of the year. The retailer also said profits are set to grow 20% this year, after a similar rise last year.
