George at Asda will slash the price of its men's suit to £15.
The two-piece, 100% polyester suit normally retails at £25, but the supermarket has decided to reward "strapped for cash" customers after Christmas and the New Year, and reduced the price to £15 as a special promotion.
Some 60,000 of the £15 suits, which was inspired by Dolce & Gabbana, will go on sale on Wednesday until Sunday. Last year, the supermarket offered a similar suit for £19, with George selling the largest amount of men's tailoring in one week in its 18-year history.
Brand director Fiona Lambert said: "We've tailored the price but not cut on the design quality, meaning that for £15 you can get Saville Row inspired tailoring at supermarket prices."
The suit follows similar initiatives such as a tuxedo at £35, a full school uniform at £9.96 and a wedding dress for £60.
