Select's management have bought back around half of its 250 stores

Value fashion chain Select has gone into administration after difficult trading at the start of the year.

However turnaround and recovery specialists UHY Hacker Young have sold approximately half of the chains 250 stores back to the management.

The sale has secured 1,000 jobs.

A number of third party suitors are understood to have expressed an interest in the remaining units.
