Footwear brand Base London has appointed Nathan Cooper as sales executive amidst a reorganisation of its sales team.
Cooper's role is newly created and will focus on Base London's independent accounts base in the Midlands, North East and Scotland. Base London has recently restructured its sales team to include a mixture of agents and in-house sales representatives.
Alasdair Gorrod, Base London UK sales manager, said: "The timing of the appointment is great, we are performing exceptionally well within our multiple accounts and want to build on that with our entire customer base. The brand has recently expanded its export offering but it's equally important to look after the local market and maintain our strengthening position in the UK."
Base London managing director Ian Cartwright added: "With market conditions as they are, we are seeing people turn back to brands due to product that sells through, in-store support from out team of RSR's, new marketing campaigns, on time deliveries and industry leading customer service. The appointment of Nathan reinforces that offer."
