Lingerie giant Triumph will not be showing at the Harrogate Lingerie & Swimwear exhibition this August.
Petri Haikola, Triumph UK's general manager for sales and marketing, said he will review the decision in 2009. He said: "Whilst we recognize and appreciate the importance of this exhibition to the lingerie trade, we have decided not to exhibit in August. Meanwhile we will continue to offer our personal service to the trade through our dedicated and extensive sales and marketing organisation, covering independents and central accounts throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland."
He added: "We'll also be making full use of our UK headquarters in Swindon and our large central London showroom. In addition to this we shall be holding regional shows presenting the new collections for the benefit of all customers."
