French Eye looks for permanent stores

Branded menswear retailer French Eye is planning to expand in the capital after a successful trial of three temporary London stores.

French Eye, which is run by Agni Enterprises, currently has three temporary stores in London on Bond Street, Oxford Street and in Victoria.

French Eye has instructed retail agents Stephen Kane & Co to find at least three permanent units in between 800sq ft and 1,200sq ft in the City of London and the West End.

David McCosh of Stephen Kane & Comp nay said: "French Eye has been cautious in its expansion programme by only taking temporary lets as a sort of retail litmus test of the market and locations. Now they have seen what works they want to have a permanent presence in both the West End and City of London locations."
