Marks & Spencer revises cut in redundancy pay

Marks & Spencer has revised its plans to cut redundancy payments after feedback from staff.

The retailer had planned to cut the maximum payment from 70 weeks to 52 weeks.

But according to The Daily Telegraph, the company has revised this to 62 weeks after consultation with staff.
