Mosaic Fashions has snapped up Anoushka G and will relaunch the occasionwear brand via concessions in House of Fraser stores next spring.

Anoushka G will still be run by founders Anna and George Hadji, who have joined Mosaic. It will also produce a wholesale range, Anoushka G Couture, and will show at Pure in February.At its height

Anoushka G was sold in more than 200 outlets globally, but it has had a history of financial difficulties and was wound up in April. It will use Mosaic's Far East sourcing arm and European department store contacts to support its strategy.
