German chain Tom Tailor is set to make its debut in the UK, with its first shop in Belfast next year.
The men's, women's and kids' casualwear chain will open a 5,586sq ft store in the Victoria Square development which is due to open in March.
The business, which has around 600 stores globally, sells classic casualwear at mainstream prices.
The Belfast store will be a franchise shop run by Ark Retail Group.
The Victoria Square development will be anchored by House of Fraser. Other retailers at the scheme include Ted Baker, Urban Outfitters, H&M and Monsoon.
