Wacoal Eveden appoints creative director

Wacoal Eveden, the parent company behind lingerie brands Freya, Fantasie, Fauve, Huit, Goddess and Elomi, has appointed Franceska Luther as its creative director.

Luthur will head up the development across all brands in the newly created role from April 1.

Luthur was creative director of lingerie brand Myla London from 2006 until 2010. She was most recently a freelance brand developer and worked on brands including brands Janet Reger, By Caprice and Jasper Conran, Myla, Dirty Pretty Things, Kitten Kouture and Coco de Mer.

Wacoal Eveden chief executive Tracy Lewis said: “Franceska has a great reputation in the fashion industry and much proven success in intimate apparel. She has a strong creative focus and this will be hugely valuable in furthering the development of our global Wacoal Eveden brand portfolio.”
