Androulla Ashikka, 28

Assistant manager, Lanvin, London

Androulla Ashikka joined luxury brand Lanvin in London for the launch of the Mount Street store last spring, and combines managerial responsibilities with assisting the store manager on buying from the collection in Paris.

Her Lanvin role follows six years at the Stella McCartney store in London where she extended her sales assistant role. “I got involved in all aspects of the business and took on more responsibilities. Joining Stella was the biggest step of my career – from Prada in Sloane Street – because it’s a big business that I joined at its retail launch. I was able to learn so much when I was there.

“I’m hoping to build a strong career at Lanvin, which is helping me to shape my career with both fashion buying and retail operations.”

Luxury sector headhunter Lewis Alexander says: “Androulla has an entrepreneurial approached to retailing, which is paying off. Androulla works with the most important priority in mind – the client. She is involved with buying, events, client communication, and product presentation. Not only does she know her own store’s clients, and everything about them, she knows all the potential clients in London as well. Expect her name on a Retail Director’s business card in the future.”
