Brad Brook
UK key account manager, Tommy Hilfiger Denim, aged 25

Brad Brook
Brad Brook joined Tommy Hilfiger after graduating with a degree in business and marketing from Stirling University, and has quickly moved through the ranks from regional sales rep roles to take on UK-wide key account management in 2010.
He works with UK retailers including John Lewis, House of Fraser, USC, Fenwick and Asos as well as influential indies such as Javelin in Bury St Edmunds and Badger in Brighton.
With a good understanding of retail – his father previously owned Redditch indie Jazz, which Brook worked in while studying – he says he “never saw myself doing anything else” other than joining the fashion industry.
“I love the product, I love the people, I love travelling to trade shows, seeing the fresh faces, getting into relationships with retailers. I enjoy everything about it,” he says. And he’s keen on how much influence he has at Tommy Hilfiger Denim. “We get an input on behalf of the UK and I really enjoy that – especially when the product starts to sell, that’s a real big part of it.”
He says Tommy Hilfiger UK managing director David Pyne is a great mentor. “I’ve been really lucky to have great people around me. They’ve believed in me and influenced other people, too.”
Garry Finnegan, sales director at consultancy Hga Group, says: “Brad is a driven, sales-focused individual who truly understands his industry. He acts as a brand guardian at all times and ensures his customers receive a first-class service from the showroom to their shopfloors.”
