Sushma Sagar
London
Sushma Sagar used to be a woven textile designer, but a twist of fate has allowed her to spend the last eight years getting into the heads of young boys (research) and girls.
Marketing fashion names such as Diesel, Ted Baker and now Ben Sherman she considers herself a brand courtesan, however is keen to point out that she was always faithful and genuinely loved each one at the time. When not working as a Marketing Manager, she can be found chewing the cud in Victoria Park, still looking for a chippy that does gravy and taking London’s creative pulse in as many ways as she can.

Time for Tea
February Vogue declared that ‘the tache is back’ thanks front-row fashion show attendees, Hamish Bowles of American Vogue and REM’s Michael Stipe. I don’t think it ever went away in the world of Mr Johnny Vercoutre, proprietor of Time For Tea, a 1940’s tea house on Shoreditch High Street in East London.

The rise of the Hunter welly
I might be the only person who hasn’t yet bought a pair of wellies to wear in the snow, but when I do, it will have to be a pair of Hunters. Like the Havaiana brand of flip flops, it has risen to the top of the rubber style-stakes, having successfully been adopted by every type of fashion-conscious consumer, with virtually no market competition.
