Prints
Small prints influenced by the late 1960s and early 1970s continued to add interest and lift shirting and outerwear. They also allowed retailers to introduce more vibrant colours into the season's muted palette. Geometrics, florals and abstracts were seen on fitted shirts, while a few brands ventured into blousier botanicals.
