Draping
A move on from the past two season's volume silhouette, drape effects looked fresh to buyers. Long maxi dresses were in evidence with floor length drapes falling out from under the bust, while shorter styles featured single fan pleats from the neckline. Ruched effects took an almost Romanesque approach with cross over tops dropping from the waist into soft folds. Elsewhere dresses used draping as a detail with undulating falls on the front and back of dresses.
