Key looks
Jaeger's London line was shown for the first time at London Fashion Week this season, and it looks like it will translate well from catwalk to consumer. Key pieces include short sleeved congo print jackets with wet look trims, mustard-coloured snakeskin prints on dresses, trousers and skirts, and oversized hounds tooth checks on short, flippy skirts and belted coats. The main collection includes grey tapered trousers which can be worn with printed shirts and pin tucked blouses, while more casual pieces include cardigan dresses, and boiled wool jackets in mustard and scarlet.

Right for the market?
While this directional look is likely to attract interest from more trend-focused shoppers, it may be a little too adventurous for the traditional Jaeger customer. Time will tell whether Jaeger will be able to maintain this new edgy feel for future seasons.
