Preppy style comes in the form of pretty florals and military jackets, while the 1970s make their mark with super wide trousers, paisley prints, tartan overcoats, vests and tunic. Elegant 1950s looks include prom skirts, chiffon and lace blouses with pussy bows and jacquard coats. An offering of chic, cocktail dresses in black and jewel colours, with tiers and frills provides glamour.

Right for the market?
Following on from spring 08's directional looks, the collection pushes the boundaries and should appeal to the brand's fashion conscious customers. However, the success of some looks will rely on people adopting it head to toe, so those unwilling to do this may be less enthused.
