Diane Von Furstenberg will show her spring 09 collection in Europe for the first time at the Pitti W-Woman pre-collection trade fair in Florence next month.

Diane Von Furstenberg will show her spring 09 cruise collection called La Petite Valise on June 18 at a private garden Giardino Torrigiani.

Diane Von Furstenberg said: "It's my first fashion show in Europe, yet I am European. I will show just 30 metres away from the factory where my first wrap dress was made. So it's like closing a circle."

Hugo Boss and Walter Van Beirendonck will also show next season.
