Jessica Au picked up the River Island Gold Award

Jessica Au of Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication picked up the River Island Gold Award at the Graduate Fashion Week Gala last night.

Jessica Au also picked up the Zandra Rhodes Catwalk Textiles Award at the event.

Other winners included Nabil El Nayal of Manchester School of Art who picked up the Womenswear Award and Domingo Rodrigues from Liverpool John Moores University who scooped the Menswear prize.

Sarah Kennedy from Northumbria University won the Mulberry Accessories Award and Ria Thomas of Nottingham Trent University won the Pringle of Scotland Visionary Knitwear Award.

Tim Rhys Evans of Manchester School of Art was awarded the British Fashion Council Creative Cutting Award and Laura Fauvel scooped the SDC Colour and Textiles Award.

The winner of the Fashion Innovation Award was Thomas Rothery of Manchester School of Art.

Emily Bell from Northumbria University won the Creative Marketing Award and Thomas Hopkins of the University of Central Lancashire won the Strategic Marketing Award.

Poppy Dover from Kingston University won the Jon Adam Fashion Portfolio Award.
