FrostFrench managing director Sharon O'Connor and head of design Jim Coughlan have left the business.
The departures have put co-founders Jemima French and Sadie Frost back into the hot seat at the designer womenswear brand. When O'Connor joined from young fashion chain Pilot in 2006, the duo both assumed creative roles and left the business management to O'Connor. However, FrostFrench is believed to be looking for replacements for O'Connor and Coughlan.
A spokeswoman for the brand said: "We can confirm there has been a restructure of personnel. The changes do not affect the ongoing business. Sadie and Jemima are still highly involved and are busy designing the next collection, along with focusing on their two London stores."
Actress Frost and design partner French created FrostFrench in 1999. The brand scrapped its wholesale operation last year to focus on retail ambitions and has since opened two shops in London in Islington and on the King's Road in Chelsea. Since 2002 FrostFrench has also designed a lingerie line called Floozie for Debenhams.
FrostFrench posted pre-tax losses of £386,433 for the year to March 31 2006, down 40% on the previous year. The company declined to comment on current trading.
