Streetwear brand Bench is to open a flagship store in London's Covent Garden later this month.

The 2,600sq ft Bench flagship will launch on September 22 in Shelton Street in the capital and will also house Bench's first southern showroom.
 
The opening of its first London flagship is part of wider retail expansion plans for Bench which will see it open stores in Brighton, Bristol, Liverpool, Newcastle and Westfield London by November.
 
The Covent Garden London flagship will stock Bench's menswear, womenswear, accessories and footwear collections.
 
Bench retail director Greig Fowler said: "We see this launch as an essential step in the company's UK growth, which will further enhance our reputation as a cool streetwear brand. The store will showcase all the key features of our successful concept as well as a host of new enhancements added since our last opening in Bluewater, which will add to the unique retail experience we provide complimenting our full range of product.

"The location on Shelton Street epitomises everything the brand stands for and in fact fits our concept so well it would seem it was destined to become our Southern base. I really feel this launch will capture everything a customer would expect from the Bench experience."
