UK footwear brand Bamboo A has signed a deal to distribute  US men's T-shirt brand Hard 8, which has built up a celebrity following Stateside.

It is the first deal of its kind for Bamboo A, which also produces its own clothing range. Hard 8, which sits alongside Ed Hardy and Affliction, has already been picked up by Selfridges and key indies for pre-Christmas deliveries in the UK, but is looking to add more indie accounts for spring 09. A wider range will be introduced in the future and a womenswear offer has also been mooted.
