Sixty UK Ltd, the business trading the Miss Sixty and Energie brands and stores in the UK, has gone into administration.

Vantis Business Recovery Services has been appointed as the administrator of Sixty UK Ltd.

Joint administrator Peter Hollis said: "Everything is trading as normal. There is no break in supply and all items will be delivered."

The administrator is not currently seeking a buyer for the business, but is hopeful there will be "some form of restructure". 

A statement from the company said: " It is hoped arrangements will be reached that will enable the business to continue into the future. There have been no redundancies at either head office or any outlets, and stocks continue to be replenished."

The company trades from 12 high street stores and concessions in major department stores across the country.

Its brands are also sold through many independent fashion outlets across the UK. All stores and concessions are still trading.
