Olly Tress has built fashion and lifestyle retailer Oliver Bonas into a thriving business since he opened his first shop back in 1993. Tress has focused on adding more stores to Oliver Bonas’s growing portfolio over the past 12 months, making its Welsh debut in Cardiff’s St David’s shopping centre in the autumn, and joining the line-up at Oxford’s Westgate mall when it opened in October.

Oliver Bonas became the first UK high street retailer to pay its team the Real Living Wage in 2015 and is committed to ethical trading, as well as supporting a range of charities, including cancer charity the Eve Appeal.
