Daniela Rinaldi and Manju Malhotra, co-chief operating officers, Harvey Nichols

Daniela Rinaldi and Manju Malhotra became co-chief operating officers of Harvey Nichols in September 2017, replacing Stacey Cartwright, who had held the role since 2014.

Their first year at the top has been a strong – and busy – one. Following an extensive refurbishment of the Knightsbridge flagship store, the group reported a 102% jump in EBITDA to £14.7m for the year to 31 March 2018.

In May, the brand opened a store in Qatar, capitalising on demand from the Middle East market. Closer to home, the new womenswear department launched in June, and in September an interactive shoppable video tool rolled out in stores.
