Aurora Fashions appoints property agents to advise on stores

Aurora Fashions, the new company which has rescued the Oasis, Karen Millen, Warehouse and Coast brands, has appointed property consultants Harper Dennis Hobbs to help manage the store portfolio.

Aurora Fashions bought the chains from administrator Deloitte yesterday after previous owner Mosaic Fashions went into administration. Harper Dennis Hobbs will advise on the process of negotiating the future of the chains’ property portfolio.

Aurora’s four fashion brands operate 1,377 stores across 45 countries. The chains were bought back by the new company, formed from Mosaic Fashions management and Icelandic bank Kaupthing.
