b Store

The look:

Clean and cool, with a stark palette of white, grey, Prussian blue and black, the b Store catwalk presented a commercial range of items unified by the simplistic ethic and late eaighties/early nineties silhouette.

In terms of the silhouettes, a late , while the body remained slim on T-shirts, the sleeves swung wide in the spirit of the early nineties. Shirts offered a variety of considered shapes including long line versions while trousers were pleated, cropped and higher-waisted thanks to the wider waistbands. Outerwear – including pea coats – was cut short and workwear inspired shoulder panels introduced a functional edge.

Key items:

While checks are still big currency, and b Store rolled out its familiar ginghams, the show also foregrounded stripes and spots with Breton striped and bobble T-shirts. This wardrobe filling collection of key items included washed down 3sb tailoring and chunky knits.
