Beautiful and Smart....

I also visited Showroom Sixteen in Wells St to see Katie and Jessica, the successful pair behind Kings Road phenomena Austique, and view their new and exciting showroom. Exclusive American collection’s such as Mike and Chris, A.L.C, Cynthia Vincent and 12th Street by Cynthia Vincent as well as their own label Austique means this is a mecca for any buyer. Two other labels Re Collection and Barlow are also available and I am sure there will be more to come! For appointments please call: 0207 637 3057 and speak  to Jessica or Emily.

The opening of the Pinewood Exhibition of underwater photography “Water on the Lens”, in the Movieum above the Aquarium on the Southbank, proved to be a great evening. Hunter cleverly decided to be the sponsor and Bollinger flowed as we gasped at the amazing pictures!

On the same evening Eric Musgrave’s excellent book “Sharp Suit’s” was launched at Richard James in Savile Row.  The industry’s experts gathered to accolade this superb work - a must read for all!

Moloh, Caroline Smiley’s new store, opened in Pimlico road and was a huge success. The Moloh brand is already firmly established in Tetbury in Gloustershire and has a fantastic mail order and ecommerce business too. Welcome to London Moloh! www.moloh.com

This is the best blog yet! It's amazing and refreshing to watch the interview with Caprice. She clearly understands the challenges that face all businesses such as forex risk and the fluctuating econmy. I love the way she restructured her strategies to adopt quickly to the recession and also the way she reacted to the step change when demand continued increasing. This is perhaps one of the biggest challenges facing all start-ups when they shift from small to medium sized businesses.
Really smart lady. This would be a great interview to show design and business students as it gives a great insight into the decisions facing all new businesses.

From one great person to another, Eric Musgraves book is a must have. I can't put it down. Anyone who hasn't got a copy should go out and purchase. It's the definitive men's tailoring bible.
Love this blog ... it just keeps getting better.

  • Absolutely love Blossom Mother & Child and think it's great that they are now in Harrods and can get recognised by many more people.
Just one of the many reasons I check-out this blog on a weekly basis - because I wouldn't have known that Blossom was now in Harrods if I didn't. Looking forward to shopping and next weeks news.
