Boohoo moves into menswear

Online fashion retailer will launch a menswear line on Wednesday.

Up to now, the website has been aimed at the young womenswear market but on Wednesday menswear will also be available online.

In its last accounts filed on Companies House for 2011 the etailer said the company wanted to focus predominantly on attracting new customers and growing the company’s infrastructure to serve the customers.

Last year, pre-tax profits climbed from £77,000 to £139,000, while sales shot up by 85% to £24.5m.
