Merchandising manager, Collective Apparel.
Hannah Howell’s retail career began at the tender age of 16. Working on the shop floor, serving and styling customers at Karen Millen in Windsor, Howell progressed from senior stylist to part-time assistant manager during her seven years at the premium womenswear retailer from 2005 to 2012.
Balancing work at Karen Millen with Drama at th`e University of the West of England, Howell graduated in 2011 and took on a part-time sales advisor role at indie retailer John Goodwin in Windsor in 2010 to gain menswear experience.
Howell left Karen Millen in November 2012 to join clothing supplier Collective Apparel as an assistant merchandiser.
From the start merchandising director Anna Wallace was impressed by her drive. “Hannah always works to a very high standard and is 100% reliable,” says Wallace. “She has come an amazingly long way in a short space of time, proving that she is capable of taking on any challenge and carrying out her role to an extremely high standard.”
A strong work ethic helped Howell quickly progress to her current position in December 2013. Her recipe for success? “Believe in yourself, because if you do others will believe in you too. I want to become a successful leader through my positive attitude, sheer determination and enthusiasm.”
