Relaunched in December, this site is an interactive experience rather than an average fashion site. Designed by Strange Corporation, the design is based on the concept of “Broken Britain”.

The site features tools for the visitor to literally stick the pieces of “Broken Britain” back together.

The home page is designed to look like a gritty street. Here users are given a number of options - including one to view the latest collection, to read the latest news and to check out the work of recording artists. The look is urban and edgy and completely reflects the brand. The models used to showcase product reinforce this look and attention to detail like this demonstrates that the brand knows exactly what it is about and who it appeals to.

With a 49% increase in visits to the site since the relaunch last month, it has clearly been a success. However, DrunknMunky is aware it needs to keep the site updated and fresh in order to maximise return visits. It has plans to add video elements to enhance the “Artists” channel and add live music from their sponsored recording artists.

While the site design is compelling, the one thing that is missing is a transactional area. Surely the next stage for DrunknMunky should be to make some sales online.
