York-based independent Sarah Coggles’ website Coggles.com will break through the £2 million sales barrier over the coming months, after notching up sales of £1.7m during the year to February 2009.
The 105% increase in year-on-year online sales has prompted the business to revise its 2009 sales forecasts from £1.5m to £2.75m.
Owner Mark Bage said: “We’re confident that the success of Coggles.com will go from strength to strength.”
Coggles.com sells men’s and women’s brands such as Folk, Paul Smith, Vivienne Westwood,
Belstaff, Paul & Joe, DSquared and PRPS.
Coggles.com won the Independent Etailer of the Year award at January’s Drapers Etail Awards.
