Louise Gray wins LFW sponsorship for third season

Scottish designer Louise Gray has won sponsorship from Cotton USA for a third season at London Fashion Week.

Cotton USA previously sponsored Gray’s autumn 11 and spring 11 collections at LFW but will now sponsor her spring 12 collection at the show which runs from September 16 to 21.

The spring 12 catwalk will be Gray’s six consecutive season at LFW. Her collection is inspired by ‘a spot, a stripe and a check’. Texture will feature heavily in the range with hand embroidery, beadwork and stitch work.

This is the seventh year of Cotton USA’s sponsorship programme which supports to up and coming fashion designers, Previous winners of the grant have included Richard Nicholl, Meadham Kirchhoff, Nathan Jenden, Sinha-Stanic, PPQ, Preen, Gardem Paris and Deryck Walker.

Gray will show spring 12 collection at 5.30 p.m on September 19 at Topshop Venue, Waterloo.
