D&G

Key looks
Super sexy, shiny eveningwear looked slinky with taped seams and a monochrome palette while the Riviera chic that engulfed Italian tailoring looks at Pitti was in evidence here – but with a heavily geeky twist

Inspiration
Where else? The moneyed marinas of Monaco, Portofino, and Puerta Banus all have yachts awaiting next summer’s D&G wannabe playboys

Silhouettes
Tighty-whitey tank tops took the knits close to the body while single button blazers cropped tight and shorts sat on the knee. While other collections loosen their grip D&G stayed tight.

Fabrics
f it wasn’t tight it was shiny and sateen weave shirts, techy pants and treated suits all shimmered. Repeat print nautical patterns brightened up the look.

Colours
Just white, navy and red, touches of grey and a flash of silver. This was a disciplined exercise in marina chic
